THE GRASS IS GREENER ON THIS SIDE

Hey guys! So I've actually had this green skirt for ages now, not knowing what outfit would match it well since it's...well, green! The reason why I bought it was pretty much because it was $5 haha. It ended up being so short that I had to get my mum to sew a black elastic on top to lengthen it.
So after about a year of keeping it in my wardrobe I've finally made good use of the $5. However I regret pulling the socks up, I believe they were better rolled down as a chunky sock. After looking through these photos, it reminds me of an American Footballer!

IT'S GOING TO BE ALL WHITE

Hey guys! I hope you've all been well, I just wore this outfit to a causal and fun 21st birthday.
I decided to do all white (again!) since it gives a sleek, clean look. I also added these stockings for a more Street fashion edge, rather than the more British styles that have become quite prominent lately, such as the long coats and heels.

CHILLED VIBES....ISH

Hey guys!
I just wore this as a casual date outfit. To be honest, I find it hard to dress super casual after I've had this blog, since it gives the urge to dress a little more "dazzling". In hopes of dressing down, this outfit took me a whole HALF an hour to pick out!
I don't know about you but for a normal outfit it was quite a lot of time (unless if it was a high school student from the inexperience with clothes).

WOMAN IN BLACK 1

Before I dyed my hair I would've never worn all black since it just felt to depressing. Now that I have coloured hair, it seems to look reasonable. I don't have overalls, so what I'm actually wearing is a singlet top and bandage tights. If you look closely, the tights reveal my skin slightly, so the design gives a mummified leg look.  Ebay sells them for AUS$5. But if you're going to purchase one, I recommend NOT to buy a free size. Even though I'm regarded as tiny I still feel that it is a bit small. I would've been happier with  a larger size. Some sellers allow a choice of size, so I recommend one size larger than your usual, mainly size the sizes are based in Asia, which are relatively smaller than Western sizing.
These flats were purchased a bit on impulse, and help bring some colour to the all black.

P.S Welcome to the new BLOGLOVIN subscribers! Thanks so much! I always really appreciate your support! ^__^

BAD TANS AND SCRIBBLES

It was great weather at the beach, which means great weather for a sunburn! I had a black cardigan that I forgot to put on before these photos were taken, but it would've been too hot to have it on anyway.
This dress is quite small, so the only time I get to wear it without feeling too revealing is of course, the beach.
The water was great, and we even chased some fish!

As you can see, I have a really strong tan on my back. Luckily the rest of my skin looks normal!

P.S Yes I have changed my website look, AGAIN! What d'you think? I wanted to change it to a smarter look, but I want to hear whether you guys prefer this or the old one?

DYED & IN WHITE

I recently received a new bag as my birthday present and it's just what I need! After getting a larger wallet, I can't use my itsy-bitsy bags no more, so having another small-ish bag is great. The only other small-ish one I have is the Mustard bag with gold chains.
I picked this outfit in accordance to matching the bag actually, haha, so I could wear it out for the first time.

MEAN LEAN, FASHION MACHINE

I wore this dress going out with my family to have dinner on my 21st birthday. Sure enough, it was what I wanted and more. I was surprised with a lovely handmade card by my awesomest lil sister, jewellery, a wonderful dinner and best of all, tickets to see the Lion King Performance together! I truly felt spoilt and loved, a little guilty too that they had spent so much. I really wish they had spent less to be honest. Money is always hard to obtain, and easy to lose, so I really appreciate what they have done for me.
However I know this is a one-off so I must treasure it now since I don't think something like this will ever happen again!
I bought this dress a while back because it was just so unique. Although it is a machine pattern, it looks somewhat womanly. The pattern is just printed on this polyester dress actually, but it looks great. The depth produced from the shading looks so cool!

P.S Can you see my mosquito bites?
How did you spend your 21st birthday?

ANOTHER YEAR, ANOTHER DAY

I was very fortunate to be able to celebrate my 21st birthday with some close friends on Saturday night. Most importantly was that they all got along with each other, since not everyone knew one another! I bought this dress online whilst it was on sale, which was a great bargain for me. It was sequin yet classy. I thought it seemed fit for a birthday girl.
I couldn't invite all the people I wanted to since their were other birthdays/events etc but I definitely enjoyed being surrounded by the people I cared about.
That is most important ^___^
