Hey guys I'm back! Sorry about the long gap, it's actually quite hard to take photos by getting someone else to do it than yourself in terms of convenience. But luckily I had a few outings to sneak some photography in!
Here I'm wearing this awesome diamante ear cuff with my simple girly outfit for a saturday night out. I just kept the colours simple, especially since it wasn't my birthday, and I just got the bag to match the shoes pretty much =).
Something that I have recently been thinking of is to go on a Shopping Hibernation. I'm thinking of cutting off purchasing items of clothing until the end of the year. What made me come to this idea was that I've realised how materialistic my lifestyle can get. When I see a really hot item of clothing I feel as if it would benefit my life if I purchase it. Sound familiar? Haha.
I feel as though life should be focused on the more important things, such as health, bonding with loved ones, and using that money to hang out and enjoy being young. The time I spend window shopping online is pretty silly too. I waste a lot of it from looking at clothes.
That said, I'm not saying I will stop dressing up! But I am keen on styling myself creatively with the items I have, rather than opting for more. It's not like my wardrobe isn't full already kakaaa.
This was inspired by a Style blogger I saw who had achieved this last year since they claimed they were too much of a shopaholic. So I'm going to have a serious think about this challenge!
